Job summary

Al-Qadsiah Club seeks a seasoned Football Finance Business Partner to support the Finance team in Al Khobar. You will deliver data-based insights on player-related financial matters and enable strategic business decisions. This role engages with FP&A and the CFO to align financial planning with club strategy.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in football/sports finance, with strong analytical and stakeholder skills, and a track record of confidential, professional financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Professional qualification preferred (SOCPA, ACA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• 5–8 years of experience in football/sports finance preferred.
• Knowledge of player and managerial staff contracts, amortization and transfers.
• Strong analytical ability and stakeholder management.
• High confidentiality, ethics and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the club.
• Manage monthly forecast process with focus on P&L, cashflow and opportunities/risks.
• Build budget models including player transfer budgets.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable strategies.
• Support FP&A and CFO with financial and operational reporting.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for regular reporting packs.
• Support Capex budgeting and business case development.
