Job summary

Catrion in Jeddah is seeking a Warehouse Stock Controller to manage daily receiving, stocking, and issuing of goods for various stores. You will ensure correct item issuance, proper storage, and accurate recording of stock levels, expiries, and deliveries, while maintaining clean facilities and strict safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have experience in inventory management and a strong focus on FIFO/FEFO methods, food safety, and workplace safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience handling stock and inventories in stores or warehouse.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO principles and proper stock rotation.
• Attention to detail for accuracy in issuing and recording items.
• Commitment to food safety and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day operations from Receiving to Decanting for Food Section.
• Ensure correct item issuance per requirements.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO principles in storage and issuances.
• Maintain proper storage conditions and prescribed temperatures.
• Record nil stock, critical stock, expiry and quantities issued.
• Assist stock checks to ensure inventory integrity.
• Prepare issued items for delivery to requesting departments within timeframes.
• Keep main stores clean, tidy, and well maintained.
• Adhere to Food Safety and Work Safety guidelines.
