Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's science degree, preferably in chemistry or food science.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Good computer skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
  • Newly graduated applicants can apply; experience preferred for chemists in food manufacturing.
  • Competencies: communicate, analyze data, team player, self-motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure products meet PepsiCo and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct daily analysis on products and raw materials.
  • Participate in inspections by regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain GMP compliance and enforce safety requirements.
  • Support monthly food safety audits and coordinate CAPA activities.
  • Monitor production operators' product analysis and enter results in SAP.
  • Coordinate corrective actions and support proficiency tests.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and manage shift activities.
