Job summary

Hill International is seeking a FM & Projects Business Development Expert in Saudi Arabia to drive strategic initiatives, assess projects, and optimize operations and maintenance. The role focuses on organizational review, KPI performance, and contract management across O&M and projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
Min 10 years of experience in facilities management or project management.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

Review and propose organizational structure changes, mandates, and KPIs for optimal performance.
Conduct full assessments and provide solutions for project activities, SOW, schedules, and milestones.
Demonstrate expertise in O&M projects, service contracts, and contract management, with a KPI-based focus.
Analyze and prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for the FM General Department and sub-departments.
Assess and implement effective operations business plans, maintenance strategies, and project progress.
Develop and implement new procedures, policies, and training plans to enhance team development.
Follow up on performance actions with directors and teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and KPIs.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve FM and project management processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align FM and project initiatives with business objectives.
Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management on FM and project development.
