Job summary

LPM Restaurant & Bar in Saudi Arabia is seeking a charismatic Floor Manager to lead the front-of-house team, coordinate service and elevate the guest experience from the first cover to the last goodbye. You will oversee smooth shifts, train staff, and uphold brand standards in a premium, high-volume setting.

You know the menu, drinks, and story behind what we serve, stay calm under pressure, and drive energy and consistency. English required; French or Arabic skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a supervisory or front-of-house managerial role in a premium or high-volume restaurant.
• English is a must; French or another European language, or Arabic, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the floor team and oversee the guest experience from first cover to last goodbye.
• Lead by example: brief, train and motivate the team daily to maintain high energy and standards.
• Oversee full floor operations, coordinating with kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
• Maintain mise en place, table settings, cleanliness, shift planning and brand presentation.
• Stay calm under pressure, solve issues quickly, and know when to elevate.
