LPM Restaurant & Bar in the Eastern Province seeks a seasoned Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager to lead a 25‑strong team with inspiration and a commitment to excellence, ensuring every shift reflects our brand’s charm.

You will oversee operations, inventory, supplier coordination, and staff scheduling, drive KPI tracking and cost control, and mentor talent through training and performance reviews to deliver flawless hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-end establishment.
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and manage large teams.
• Expertise in inventory control, supplier coordination, and financial oversight.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:
