Job summary

Al Rashed Food Company in Riyadh is seeking a Fleet Data Analyst to maintain an up-to-date fleet database, track vehicle movements, and ensure timely approvals and documentation.

You will analyze fleet data, optimize costs, monitor fuel usage, oversee maintenance coordination, and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, delivering clear management recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis skills; able to turn raw data into clear findings.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and data cleaning).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Professional English & Arabic, written and spoken.
• Good communicator with drivers, technicians, vendors, and management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date fleet database, recording all vehicle changes, transfers, handovers, and disposals promptly.
• Process and track all fleet transactions, ensuring proper approvals, supporting documents, and timely closure.
• Monitor fuel usage, fuel chips/cards, and consumption reports, identifying unusual usage and resolving related issues.
• Track vehicle readiness, maintenance, and repair status, coordinating with workshops to return vehicles to service quickly.
• Monitor and renew all vehicle legal and regulatory documents, including Istimara, insurance, MVPI, operating cards, and traffic violations.
• Ensure fleet compliance with company policies and Saudi regulations, while preparing accurate reports, analyzing fleet data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing management with clear recommendations.
