You will monitor driver performance, safety standards, and regulatory compliance, implement cost control measures, and use GPS tracking and operational data to improve efficiency.

Formación

• 8–12 years of relevant fleet/transportation management experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a Fleet Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance, and driver management.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems, preventive maintenance, and KPI monitoring.
• Experience with Saudi Arabia regulations and local transportation rules.

Al Khaldi is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead and manage fleet and transportation operations in Saudi Arabia. This role is suitable for professionals with extensive experience in managing heavy trucks, tankers, vehicle operations, and transportation teams.

The successful candidate will oversee fleet performance, maintenance planning, driver management, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. Candidates with Saudi Arabia experience and knowledge of local transportation regulations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
