Job summary

ZTE Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced FN (Fixed Network) Pre-Sales Manager to support business growth, market engagement, and fixed network solution development across the region. This role combines technical pre-sales leadership, market analysis, customer relationship management, and bid support to drive successful fixed-network business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Telecommunications, Communications Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of telecommunications industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of GPON technologies and fixed network CPE products.
• Experience with fixed network solutions and broadband access technologies.
• Telecom carrier or operator market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive fixed network market planning, project support, and business opportunity development.
• Identify new customer opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.
• Lead customer-facing pre-sales discussions and technical solution presentations.
• Organize solution workshops, technical discussions, and business engagements with customers.
• Support bid responses, RFP/RFQ activities, and proposal development processes.
• Coordinate end-to-end project proposal delivery with internal stakeholders.
• Collect, analyze, and report on regional market performance, market share, coverage, and competitive positioning.
• Conduct customer and competitor analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
• Support customer relationship development and key-account technical engagement activities.
• Organize and participate in customer visits, technical exchanges, and business meetings.
• Work closely with project teams, product teams, sales teams, and management to drive business opportunities toward successful closure.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to support business growth objectives.
