Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are preferred.
- Strong hospitality and hotel industry experience.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance or asset management within the hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel financial reporting and operational performance analysis.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and investment return analysis.
- Ability to analyze KPIs and improve profitability.
Job Purpose
To oversee and manage the company’s hotel assets, maximize investment returns, monitor financial and operational performance, and ensure optimal utilization of assets in line with company objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor the financial and operational performance of all company assets and hotels.
- Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Control budgets, monitor costs, and analyze financial variances.
- Evaluate hotel operational performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Manage and review contracts and agreements related to assets and investments.
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies and investment analysis for new projects.
- Monitor capital expenditure and ensure asset value preservation.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards.
- Submit regular performance and financial reports to executive management.
