• Lead planning, execution and management of fit-out construction activities for commercial and residential projects.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets and resource plans aligned with project objectives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor progress and performance; implement corrective actions for delays or quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with SBC, ISO 45001 and client requirements.
• Review and approve technical drawings, submittals and method statements.
• Manage on-site teams with a focus on safety and quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify design, quality and safety.

As part of our HO Projects Department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all fit-out activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and management of fit-out construction activities for commercial and residential projects.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of fit-out works.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions to address delays or quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), safety standards (ISO 45001), and client-specific requirements.
• Review and approve technical drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to fit-out works.
• Manage on-site teams, providing clear direction and fostering a culture of safety and quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key milestones and risks.
• Resolve technical and logistical challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and project success.
