BEC Arabia in Riyadh is seeking a seasoned Fit Out Project Director to lead high-end commercial and residential fit-out projects. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with high-profile clients, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Reporting to the Head of Project Management, you will drive governance, safety compliance, and sustainability initiatives while aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; 15+ years in construction PM with 5+ years in fit-out; PMP/LEED AP/NEBOSH.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD; SBC registration; strong SBC knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of high-profile fit-out projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop detailed plans and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Ensure SBC compliance, safety standards, and client requirements.
