Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in interior fit-out projects.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and relevant safety standards (ISO 45001, NEBOSH).
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
