Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a high-caliber Financial Controller (Saudi National) to lead financial operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role covers monthly close, FPA, business partnering, and governance, with potential expansion to META regional remits in the future.

The successful candidate will drive IFRS-compliant reporting, ensure internal controls, and deliver insights for management and regional leaders while partnering with corporate finance teams.

Qualifications

• Saudi National (mandatory).
• Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certifications preferred.
• 6–10 years in finance, controlling, or FP&A in multinationals.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and local regulatory requirements.
• Experience in financial analysis, modeling, and management reporting.
• ERP familiarity with SAP or Hyperion.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close per IFRS and Lenovo standards.
• Oversee accounting accuracy, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and compliance.
• Drive FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, modeling.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management, regional/global leaders.
• Support business Groups with financial insights and deal reviews.
• Strengthen controls, audit readiness, governance management.
• Collaborate on VAT and tax submissions with ZATCA.

Lenovo is seeking a high‑caliber Financial Controller (Saudi National) to lead financial operations for our fast‑growing business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for monthly close, FPA, business partnering, and financial governance, with the opportunity to expand into a broader META regional remit in the future. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the month‑end close process in line with IFRS and Lenovo global standards.
• Oversee accounting accuracy, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and statutory compliance.
• Drive FPA processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Prepare business performance reports and dashboards for management, regional, and global leaders.
• Support Lenovo business groups with financial insights, deal reviews, and commercial decision-making.
• Strengthen internal controls, ensure audit readiness, and manage governance requirements.
• Work with ZATCA compliance for VAT and tax-related submissions.

Candidate Requirements

• Saudi National (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CMA, ACCA preferred.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, or FPA within multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, internal controls, and local Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Experience in financial analysis, modeling, and management reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP, Hyperion, or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• High ownership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
