Job summary

Lenovo seeks a Saudi national Financial Controller to lead monthly close, FP&A, and governance for our fast-growing Saudi business. The role offers potential expansion into a broader META regional remit in the future and reports to senior finance leadership.

Responsibilities include IFRS-based close, budgeting, forecasting, dashboards, and supporting strategic decisions with strong financial insights. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Saudi national candidate required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA/ACCA preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in finance, controlling, or FP&A in multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, internal controls, and Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Experience in financial analysis, modeling, and management reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP, Hyperion, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong communication in Arabic and English.
• High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the month end close process in line with IFRS and Lenovo standards.
• Oversee accounting accuracy, reconciliations, accruals, provisions and statutory compliance.
• Drive FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modeling.
• Prepare business performance reports and dashboards for management, regional and global leaders.
• Support Lenovo business groups with financial insights, deal reviews and commercial decision-making.
• Strengthen internal controls, ensure audit readiness and manage governance requirements.
• Work with ZATCA compliance for VAT and tax-related submissions.
