Job summary

ADDAR GROUP is seeking a Senior Financial Controller for its sister company in Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong IFRS knowledge, project costing, budgeting, and cash flow management, with 8–16+ years in finance and 3–5 years in senior control roles.

We expect leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication as you partner with operations and finance teams to safeguard financial integrity and drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
• 8–16+ years of finance experience, with 3–5 years in financial controlling or senior finance management.
• Experience in O&M, EPC, oil & gas, or related project-based businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, contract accounting (IFRS 15), budgeting, financial controls and cash flow.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced financial analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, communication and business partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management for the group.
• Implement and monitor financial controls, project costing, and contract accounting.
• Partner with operations and project teams to drive financial performance and governance.
• Lead, coach and develop finance staff; report to senior management.
