Job summary

ADDAR GROUP is seeking a Financial Controller in Riyadh with 8+ years of finance experience, including senior roles. You will lead budgeting, controls, and cash flow for project-based operations, partnering with O&M and EPC teams to ensure accurate project costing and reporting.

Strong IFRS knowledge, ERP skills (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics), and leadership abilities are essential to drive financial performance and business partnering across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 8–16 years of finance experience with 3–5 years in financial controlling or senior finance roles.
• Experience in O&M, industrial services, EPC, oil & gas, or project-based businesses preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, IFRS 15, project costing, budgeting, financial controls, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced financial analysis.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial controlling activities for the sister company in Saudi Arabia.
• Oversee budgeting, financial controls, and cash flow management for projects.
• Partner with operations to ensure accurate project costing and reporting.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
