Job summary

ADDAR GROUP is seeking a Financial Controller for its sister company in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, IFRS expertise, and extensive experience in financial controlling and project-based financial management.

Ideal candidates have 8–12+ years in finance, 3–5 years in senior finance leadership, and strong ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics). Candidates should demonstrate leadership and strong business partnering capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of finance experience including 3–5 years in financial controlling or senior finance management.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, IFRS 15, project costing, budgeting, financial controls, and cash flow management.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent) and advanced financial analysis.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
