Job summary

ADDAR GROUP is seeking a Financial Controller in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role targets a senior finance leader to oversee project costing, budgeting, and cash flow controls for our sister company.

The ideal candidate has a CPA/ACCA/CMA and 8+ years in finance, including substantial financial controlling experience in project-based industries such as O&M or oil & gas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
• 8–12+ years in finance, with 3–5 years in financial controlling or senior finance management.
• Experience in O&M, EPC, oil & gas, or project-based businesses preferred.
• Strong IFRS knowledge, contract accounting (IFRS 15), project costing, budgeting, cash flow controls.
• ERP proficiency and advanced financial analysis required.
• Leadership, analytical, communication and business partnering skills.
