Job summary

Baytonia is seeking a Financial Controller to own month-end close, accounting controls, inventory costing and compliance across our online, showroom and marketplace channels. You will lead a finance team and ensure robust IFRS reporting for decision-making.

The role requires strong ERP experience (Odoo, NetSuite, SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics), advanced Excel, and bilingual English/Arabic communication to support a fast-moving retail business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in accounting and finance, incl. 3+ years as Financial Controller or Finance Manager leading a team
• Experience in retail, e-commerce or inventory-heavy business
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Saudi VAT, zakat and ZATCA e-invoicing
• Professional qualification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA or CMA)
• Advanced Excel and mid-market ERP experience (Odoo, NetSuite, SAP B1, MS Dynamics)
• Fluent in English and Arabic

Improve the ERP set-up, chart of accounts and automation of routine work.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in accounting and finance, including at least 3 years as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager leading a team.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce or inventory-heavy business.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Saudi VAT, zakat and ZATCA e-invoicing.
