Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in top-tier firms or equivalent
• Strong experience serving Banking and Capital Markets clients
• Experience with asset management and private equity clients
• Transformation programmes within asset management, private equity or banking sectors
• Experience with core banking platforms and AI use cases
• English fluency; Arabic an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Banking and Capital Markets advisory engagements across finance transformation, operating model design, core banking modernisation and data governance
• Lead and support asset management/private equity advisory engagements at management company and portfolio company levels
• Understand fund controllership and fund accounting principles
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess challenges, define target-state requirements and develop roadmaps
• Translate strategy into workplans, operating models and governance structures
• Support large-scale transformation programmes including PMO setup, RAID, change management
• Contribute to business development including proposals and client presentations
• Coach junior consultants to deliver high-quality outputs on time
