Job summary

Ernst & Young AE is seeking an experienced Banking and Capital Markets adviser to lead and support advisory engagements spanning finance transformation, operating model design, and core banking modernisation. You will work with client stakeholders across business, finance, operations, technology, risk, and compliance to shape actionable roadmaps and governance structures.

The role requires 5–7 years in top-tier consulting or banking transformation, with experience across core banking platforms,

Qualifications

5–7 years of relevant professional experience in top-tier consulting or banking transformation.
Experience serving Banking and Capital Markets clients across products and channels.
Familiarity with core banking platforms, digital channels, payments platforms, and data/ERP/CRM systems.
Fluency in English; Arabic capability is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Banking and Capital Markets advisory engagements across finance transformation operating model design and core banking modernisation.
Collaborate with client stakeholders across business, finance, operations, technology, risk, and compliance to assess challenges and define requirements.
Translate strategy into actionable workplans, process designs, target operating models, governance structures and implementation deliverables.
Support large-scale transformation programs including PMO setup, milestone tracking, RAID management, and change adoption.
Contribute to business development activities including proposals, credentials, scope definition and client presentations.
Coach and manage junior team members to ensure high-quality analysis and timely delivery.
