Job summary

The Red Sea Development Company in Riyadh, KSA seeks an experienced finance leader to oversee the Group's accounting, treasury, payroll and compliance functions. You will drive accurate financial booking, cashflow planning, and regulatory reporting, while leading the accounting team and improving processes across SAP ERP and related systems.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant from IFAC accredited institution.
• 10+ years in mid-level finance leadership in a multinational, $300M+ business.

Responsibilities

• Book and record all financial transactions in line with budget ownership and IFRS.
• Execute treasury operations: payables, receivables, credit control, insurance, and bank funding.
• Monthly cash flow planning and forecasting to ensure liquidity.
• Manage bank debt funding portfolio through forecasting and KPI tracking.
• Prepare KSA fiscal reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop the Accounting team.
• Support HR with payroll and reimbursements.
• Assist in SAP setups and integrations.
• Support adherence to FC policies, processes, and standards.
