Job summary

Group Companies (Construction) in Jeddah, KSA is seeking a Senior Accountant focused on Treasury Operations to join the Finance Department across group companies. The role requires strong accounting, treasury, and bank facility management experience to support monthly closings and reporting.

Key duties include managing bank facilities, LC issuance/closure, bank guarantees, loans, and reconciliations; coordinating with project teams, suppliers and subcontractors; and ensuring accurate IPC-based

Qualifications

Masters or professional accounting qualification preferred (ACCA/CA/ICMA).
KSA construction industry experience mandatory.
Immediate joiners with transferrable iqama preferred.

Responsibilities

Managing all bank facilities, issuance and closure of letter of credit, bank guarantees, loans, performance bonds, and related schedules for internal GL reconciliations, audits, and management reporting.
Communication with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors, processing payments.
Ensure all bank accounts, loans, and facility utilization movements are reconciled monthly.
Ensure supplier and subcontractor balances are reconciled against IPCs.
Invoice validations, three-way matching, ensuring GRN, and recording PO and non-PO invoices.
Issuing customer invoices based on IPC calculations.
Posting accounting entries and handling monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
