Job summary

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Senior Associate- ICC Finance Operations to manage Billing, AR, VAT reporting andasset control within our Finance Operations team. You will help strengthen financial controls and support operational decision-making while coordinating with internal teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reconciliations, and secure handling of cash and non-cash channels, with exposure to ERP systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including billing, cash, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software.
• Excellent time management and priority handling.
• Attention to detail and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Revenue & Billing Oversight: monitor billing accuracy, AR management, collections and disputes.
• Payment Processing & Reconciliation: supervise co-payment, POS/online reconciliation and banking.
• VAT reporting: prepare VAT work, reconcile VAT GL accounts and coordinate schedules.
• Inventory Operation & Control: perform monthly inventory reconciliation and stock variance reporting.
• Fixed assets – Onsite Activities: verify asset delivery, tagging and physical verification.
