Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash availability and provide visibility to leadership.
• Review bank statements, ensure timely postings.
• Coordinate with banking partners on transfers and reconciliations.
• Ensure secure handling of cash and non-cash payments.
• Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Review bank reconciliations.
• Monitor daily refund requests.
• Oversee and execute all payment transactions accurately and on time.
• Develop and manage bank relationships for smooth operations.
• Review bank agreements and terms.
• Negotiate services with different banks.
• Process trade products such as Letters of Credit (LCs), guarantees and bid bonds.
• Manage POS terminal installation, maintenance, tracking, and deactivation.
• Process new merchant applications and POS setup.
• Handle merchant inquiries and service requests related to POS.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve POS device issues.
• Coordinate with payment gateway team to resolve issues.
• Support merchants in integrating with the payment gateway.
• Ensure adherence to central bank (SAMA) regulations.
• Review transactions to detect suspicious or unusual activity.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits enquires.
