Job summary

Client of Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Finance amp RCM Specialist to oversee billing, insurance claims and revenue cycle activities for a healthcare operator in Jeddah. You will ensure accurate invoice and claim validation, robust financial controls, and timely reporting in collaboration with internal Finance teams and insurers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, 6+ years in healthcare finance, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree in Finance or related field is an advantage.
• CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
• Experience in healthcare finance, insurance, billing, or revenue cycle management.
• Strong budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, claims validation, and reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review operator invoices and quotations for accuracy and contractual compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, expenditure monitoring and cost control.
• Prepare monthly financial analysis and variance reports.
• Oversee insurance claim submissions and ensure compliance with insurer requirements.
• Lead claim reconciliation and follow-up to reduce revenue leakage.
