Bupa Arabia is seeking a Senior Associate- ICC Finance Operations to oversee Billing, Banking, Cash Flow and reconciliation processes at Smart Clinic level. This role emphasizes strong internal controls and support for operational decisions.

The candidate will manage AR, VAT, inventory, fixed assets, and payment processing with a focus on accuracy and compliance, coordinating with HQ for tax and cash operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, cash handling and reconciliations.
• Proficient with ERP systems and financial reporting.
• Strong time management with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Detail-focused with accurate financial record-keeping and policy compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Clear written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor billing accuracy, invoice generation, reconciliation and timely submission.
• Manage AR collections, aging analysis, and dispute resolution.
• Oversee refund processes and document approvals.
• Track online, POS and cash transactions.
• Supervise co-payment processing and ensure accurate POS recording.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations and bank reconciliation.
• Coordinate with banking operations on transfers and issues.
• Support VAT reporting and tax-related reconciliations.
• Assist annual stock/asset-related reconciliations with HQ.
