Job summary

Mastermind & Associates seeks a Finance Manager for a Saudi manufacturing client in the fashion and apparel sector. You will lead the finance function, strengthen controls, and drive costing, reporting, and ERP-enabled processes during a growth phase.

You should bring 8–12 years in finance, with 3+ years in a leadership role, strong manufacturing cost and ERP experience (Odoo is a plus), and fluent Arabic/English communication. CPA/ACCA/SOCPA are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a Finance Manager or equivalent role.
• Strong manufacturing finance experience preferred.
• Experience with product costing, inventory accounting, WIP, BOM structures.
• ERP experience; Odoo exposure is an advantage.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or finance transformation.
• Strong analytical and management reporting capability.
• Able to translate financial data into clear business decisions.
• Fluent Arabic and English communications.
• Professional accounting qualifications (SOCPA, CMA, ACCA, CPA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly closing and management reporting.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and financial performance analysis.
• Strengthen financial controls, accounting processes, and finance policies.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, reconciliations, and working capital.
• Improve manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, WIP control, overhead allocation, and margin analysis.
• Support the Odoo ERP implementation and ongoing use.
• Ensure integrity of financial data, COA, inventory transactions, costing structures, and reports within the ERP.
• Develop profitability reporting by customer, product, order, and activity.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit readiness.
• Build stronger finance procedures and develop the finance team.
• Provide timely financial analysis and recommendations to management.
