• Proficient in accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
• ERP experience; Odoo is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are hiring a Finance Manager for a client in the Saudi manufacturing business operating in the fashion and apparel sector. We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead and strengthen its finance function during an important stage of growth and operational transformation. The company is currently strengthening its financial controls, management reporting, manufacturing costing, governance, and ERP-enabled processes.

The Finance Manager will take ownership of the finance function and work closely with senior management to improve financial visibility, reporting discipline, controls, costing, cash management, and decision support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly closing and management reporting.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and financial performance analysis.
• Strengthen financial controls, accounting processes, and finance policies.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, reconciliations, and working capital.
• Improve manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, WIP control, overhead allocation, and margin analysis.
• Support the successful financial implementation and ongoing use of Odoo ERP.
• Ensure integrity of financial data, chart of accounts, inventory transactions, costing structures, and management reports within the ERP.
• Develop reporting on profitability by customer, product, order, and business activity.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit readiness.
• Build stronger finance procedures and improve the capability of the existing finance team.
• Provide management with timely financial analysis and recommendations.

Candidate profile

• 8 to 12 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or comparable leadership role.
• Strong manufacturing finance experience is highly preferred.
• Practical experience in product costing, inventory accounting, WIP, BOM structures, and production-related financial controls.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Experience working with ERP systems. Odoo experience is an advantage.
• Experience supporting ERP implementation or finance transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Strong analytical and management reporting capability.
• Ability to work closely with senior management and translate financial information into clear business decisions.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
• Professional accounting qualification such as SOCPA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage.
