Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Finance Manager to lead general accounting in KSA, ensuring IFRS compliance and robust financial controls. The role coordinates VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax with ZATCA, while driving automation of SAP workflows across the finance function.

The candidate should have strong experience in multinational manufacturing environments and English fluency, with 7–10 years in finance and a CPA/ACCA/CMA as an advantage. Full-time, on-site in KSA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or similar.
• Professional qualification such as CPA/ACCA/CMA is advantageous.
• 7–10 years of progressive Finance experience with strong General Accounting and Tax exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead KSA general accounting activities including GL, journals, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely month-, quarter-, and year-end closes per IFRS and local policies.
• Own Saudi tax matters including VAT, withholding tax, and CIT; coordinate with ZATCA.
• Act as Finance contact for tax queries, audits, documentation, and authorities.
• Identify discrepancies and risks; implement controls and mitigation measures.
• Support internal/external audits and collaborate with regional/global Finance and Tax teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of Finance processes and SAP/ERP workflows.
