Job summary

Front End Limited Company (FELCO) seeks a Finance Manager to own daily finance operations, close the books, manage payroll, and ensure VAT, Zakat, WPS, and IFRS reporting within a Saudi Aramco–ecosystem. You will build a small high‑caliber team, report to the CFO, collaborate with the CEO and board, and drive SOCPA‑endorsed controls as the business scales under local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• SOCPA membership strongly preferred; CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent.
• Direct hands-on command of ZATCA / FATOORA e‑invoicing, KSA VAT, Zakat/CIT filing, WPS and GOSI.
• Strong SOCPA‑endorsed IFRS reporting and month‑end close discipline.
• Confident user of a mid‑market ERP with RBAC controls.
• Experience with Aramco / SABIC‑class clients supplier portals and e‑invoicing acceptance workflows.
• Arabic language proficiency alongside professional English.

Responsibilities

• Accounting close & reporting.
• Own the general ledger and month-end close with a complete reconciled close in 10 working days or fewer.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting pack for CEO/CFO including balance-sheet reviews.
• Prepare statutory financial statements under SOCPA-endorsed IFRS and liaise with external auditor.
• Own bank reconciliations and WPS/GOSI reconciliations for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain accounting policies, chart of accounts, and close calendar as ERP matures.
• Cash management, bank relationships, payment runs, dual signatories, and Delegation of Authority thresholds.
• Enforce segregation of duties, three-way match (PO, goods receipt, invoice).
• ERP access mirrors segregation‑of‑duties and supports internal audit as it comes online.
• Coordinate ZATCA e-invoicing Phase‑2 integration and tax filings (VAT, Zakat).
• Lead localization efforts (Nitaqat/IKTVA) and Saudi talent development within finance.
