Job summary

Henkel in Riyadh is seeking a senior Finance professional to lead KSA general accounting and tax matters. You will manage GL, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations, ensuring IFRS compliance and timely closes.

You will coordinate VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax filings, acting as a key contact for ZATCA and audits. Ideal candidates have 7-10 years of progressive Finance experience, strong IFRS knowledge, SAP proficiency, and excellent stakeholder communication in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualification is an advantage.
Approximately 7-10 years of progressive Finance experience with strong General Accounting and Tax exposure.
Solid knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles.

Responsibilities

Lead KSA general accounting activities including GL, journal entries, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and controls.
Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing in IFRS and local requirements.
Own and coordinate Saudi tax matters: VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, and filings.
Act as Finance contact for ZATCA, coordinating queries and responses to authorities.
Identify discrepancies, tax exposures, and compliance risks with mitigation controls.
Support internal and external audits and collaborate with regional/global teams and external advisors.
Drive continuous improvement and automation of Finance processes, SAP/ERP workflows, and governance.
