Job summary

The Management Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for a leading real estate developer in Riyadh. You will lead the Finance & Accounting function, driving strategic planning, financial reporting, and business partnering to support growth.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury, VAT/Zakat/WHT compliance, and team leadership while partnering with executives to deliver performance improvements and finance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance experience with prior leadership roles.
• Experience in real estate development or related sector.
• Strong IFRS, VAT, Zakat, WHT, tax and audit understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Accounting function, including reporting, planning & analysis.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and business planning across the organisation.
• Ensure IFRS, VAT, Zakat, WHT compliance.
• Manage banking relationships and cash flow planning.

A leading Real Estate developer is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its Finance & Accounting function and play a key role in supporting the organisation's continued growth and transformation.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a finance professional who can combine strategic thinking with strong technical expertise across financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, compliance, business partnering, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Accounting function, overseeing financial reporting, planning & analysis, treasury, tax, and compliance activities.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and financial performance management across the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, Zakat, WHT, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Manage banking relationships, cash flow planning, treasury operations, and capital allocation activities.
• Provide strategic financial insight to support investment decisions, development feasibility studies, acquisitions, and business growth initiatives.
• Partner closely with executive leadership to drive financial performance, operational improvements, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team whilst promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years' finance experience, including leadership experience.
• Previous experience within real estate development, property, or a related sector.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and audit processes.
• Experience using ERP systems and modern reporting tools such as Power BI
