Job summary

Al Blagha Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the company’s financial function at an executive-operational level, ensuring financial integrity, liquidity, and compliance to support real estate investments and income-generating assets.

Reporting to the CEO, the role drives financial decision-making, business planning, and safeguarding the group’s financial position, with focus on real estate/development finance, cash flow, taxation, governance and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• CPA / SOCPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• 3–5 years in a senior or managerial finance role.
• Strong experience in real estate, property development, or asset management.
• Proven ability to work closely with executive management.
