Job summary

A leading construction finance firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a finance manager skilled in economic and financial management for civil works projects. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of relevant experience, particularly within the civil engineering sector, and be proficient in accounting tools such as Navision. Responsibilities include billing, collections management, and reporting, with the need for bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in Administration/Finance within the Construction sector.
• Experience in Civil Engineering sector valued.
• Experience in Management department of UTEs (or Consortiums).

Responsibilities

• Manage billing and accounting operations.
• Oversee collections and payments management.
• Preparation of monthly closings and reporting.

Skills

Advanced user of accounting and Management control tools

Organized and proactive

Knowledge of Office, advanced user level of Excel

Spanish – Native; English – Medium to High Level

Qualifications

Experience:

• At least 7 years’ experience in the Department of Administration / Finance Company Construction sector. Experience will be particularly valued in Civil Engineering sector.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance - Business Administration / CA/ CFA or equivalent.
• Advanced user of accounting and Management control tools (Navision or similar ERP)
• Experience in UTEs (must say Consortiums or it is equivalent word in English)Management department.
• Worked in International Environments
• Organized, proactive, flexible, endurance and high commitment.
