Qualifications

• 5+ years in film, media, sales or marketing, at managerial level.
• Knowledge of film distribution, exhibition operations and box office dynamics.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills; translate data into insights.
• Experience with studio reporting systems and distribution tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support film booking, release planning, and distribution strategies.
• Analyze release performance; provide data-driven recommendations.
• Build partnerships with studios by sharing market insights and performance.
• Own forecasting, reporting, and post-release reviews for accuracy.
• Govern studio systems, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor programs, screen allocations, and exhibitor performance; support localization and censorship.
• Oversee release execution; coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Technical, and Logistics.
• Serve as liaison between Head Office, markets, exhibitors and studios to ensure alignment.
