Cactus International is seeking a Field Specialist to perform services and maintenance at customer sites in Dammam. You will install wellhead systems, provide technical guidance, and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s certificate with 2+ years of field experience in rig operations related to wellhead.
• Experience in wellhead surface pressure control.
• Knowledge of well control best practices and procedures.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude.
• Strong drilling and general product knowledge to maximize equipment performance.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and leadership skills for on-site and remote stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze problems from data, identify root causes, and provide solutions.
• Fluent in Arabic and English languages.

Responsibilities

Job description

This is a Cactus International position and is located in Dammam, 2nd Industrial City, Saudi Arabia

As a field specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Performing all services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property.
• Performing on-site installation of for Conventional and unconventional Wellhead Systems in addition to offshore MLS Systems.
• Providing technical instruction and assistance to customer regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair and maintenance at customer's sites
• Maintaining knowledge of applicable product line warranties, and accomplish effective warranty administration
• preforming the troubleshooting and providing routine maintenance checkout for wide range of equipment vintage
• Preparing timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and a reference for future outages

Education and knowledge

• Have Diploma or bachelor’s certificate with 2+ years of field experience Or in rig operations related to wellhead.
• Have experience in wellhead surface pressure control.
• Have working knowledge of well control best practices and procedures.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude.
• Have good drilling and general product knowledge to be able to maximize equipment performance.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with on-site and remote key individuals.
• Display an ability to analyze problems from data and identify root causes and provide efficient solutions.
• Be fluent in Arabic and English languages.
