Job summary

Halliburton in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Service Supervisor to lead field operations and coordinate rig up/down activities. You will guide crews, ensure safety standards, and maintain client relations at the well site with strong emphasis on efficiency and quality of service.

Reporting to Production Solutions, this role requires readiness to work on site, strong leadership, and ability to interpret well bore schematics and use Insite software in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership and supervision skills with safety focus.
• Experience reading well bore schematics and using industry software is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and directs the activities of supervisors and operators during equipment rig up and rig down at the location.
• Plans necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and dispute resolutions to approved levels.
• Ensures customer satisfaction with jobs and promotes Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Assists with CT and HWO activities and maintains testing/inspection records.
• Under supervision, assists with well bore schematic analysis and Insite operational procedures.

Job Duties

Under limited supervision, promotes excellent customer relations at the worksite. Plans and performs necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed. Coordinates and directs the activities of subordinate supervisors, service operators and operator assistants during the equipment rig up and rig down on a location and the preparation of equipment for performing a job. Provides planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and dispute resolutions to approved levels. Ensures customer satisfaction with jobs performed. As needed, may perform data collection and data distribution on jobs. Coordinates the clean-up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. Provides input on individual performance levels of his/her subordinates providing on-the-job skills development to enhance job performance. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Without supervision, performs Milling, Cleanout and TCP operations. Assists with Fishing operations. Without supervision, understands and executes tools redressing and inspection procedures, keeps testing and inspection records and monitors load-outs. Under supervision or guidance, is able to assist with most CT and HWO activities steps. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined. Skills are typically acquired through completion of HAL career development requirements as Service Supervisor I. Must possess exceptional skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions. Given the nature of oil field service work, the ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary. Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness. Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, practices and guidelines. Must possess excellent knowledge of Halliburton Management System (HMS) standards, work methods and processes. Licensure to drive commercial vehicles may be required. Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes. Must possess the ability understand to Well Bore schematic, analyze computer programs (Insite) and operational procedures. Basic computer skills are preferred. Must possess good leadership and negotiating skills.
