Job summary

FieldCore in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior IV to manage site activities, coordinating labor, tools and technical resources to complete work per contract at customer power facilities.

This role will perform on-site installation, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs while providing technical instruction to customer teams and ensuring safety during all tasks. Extensive travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Reading/interpreting electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Dial and laser alignment skills.
• Understanding of thermal growth and instrumentation diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate site activities.
• Install systems on-site and perform preventive maintenance.
• Respond to emergency repairs and service requests.
• Provide technical instruction on installation, calibration, and maintenance to customer representatives.
• Prepare reports, order materials, secure quotes, and maintain job status records.
• Sign off on all changes.
• Drive customer satisfaction and uphold safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Coach and train team members.
• Prepare timely technical reports for customer records.
• Ensure all parts are shipped to the site.
• Conduct walk-downs during installation to verify contractor work.
• Perform aftermarket upgrades at the site.
