Job summary

Ecolab Inc. in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Field Service Representative for our Energy Services group. You will work independently, supporting Sales with service plans and building strong relationships with district accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction.

You will provide technical support, perform plant surveys, start-ups of new applications, and coordinate service activities across the territory. Some travel and a strong focus on safety are required.

Qualifications

• Technical Degree or High School Diploma with industry experience.
• 25% overnight travel required to support sales territory.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• No immigration sponsorship offered for this role.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences field.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts to execute agreed upon customer system assurance.
• Assist Sales Representatives with plant surveys of prospective customers.
• Assist Sales Representatives with start-ups of new applications in both existing customers and in new accounts.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the strategic district accounts.
• Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving pain points, escalating as required.
• Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis and interpreting data.
• Support services include: sample testing, light maintenance, service reports, and chemical inventory management.
• Coordinate and perform technical troubleshooting and occasional travel within territory.
