Job summary

Atlas Copco in Riyadh, KSA, is seeking a Service Manager for the Central Area to lead the Field Service Engineer team, ensure a safe, engaged, and high‑performing environment, and deliver quality service commitments with reliability.

You will collaborate with Service Planning, Technical Support, Sales, HR, SHEQ and CTS stakeholders to drive operational performance, manage escalations, develop talent, and support profitable growth through data‑driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading field service, operational or technical teams.
• Experience managing performance, resource planning, service execution and improvements.
• Strong safety and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Field Service Engineers, including recruitment and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with CTS and Service Planning to optimize workload and on-site execution.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolutions to escalations.
