Job summary

Flowserve in Saudi Arabia is hiring a Field Service Technician to install, commission, monitor, troubleshoot, and repair Flowserve pumps, seals, and related equipment across energy, chemical, and water sectors.

You will provide on-site technical support, lead repair projects, train customers, and collaborate with Flowserve centers, service, and sales engineering teams while traveling as needed and maintaining detailed service reports.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 years relevant experience preferred.
• Professional certifications in this field are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make direct, in-person service calls to customer sites.
• Assess mechanical problems and resolve promptly.
• Lead work crews with customer personnel as required.
• Oversee repair cycle from disassembly to assembly.
• Ensure equipment is installed on schedule and operates correctly.
• Train customers on operating and maintaining Flowserve products.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
