Qualifications

• Fresh Graduates with 1-2 years of experience as applicable.
• Candidate should be Saudi National and based in Southern, KSA.
• Willingness to travel as per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and technical support in a 24x7 environment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and resolve machine breakdowns.
• Support lab technicians and maintain service documentation.
• Coordinate with sales team for technical information and leads.
