Job summary

EagleBurgmann Saudi Arabia Ltd. seeks a Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical seals on diverse industrial equipment at customer sites in the Eastern Province.

You will provide on-site and remote technical support, collaborate with sales and engineering teams, and ensure safety and performance standards are met. The role requires hands-on experience with seals and rotating machinery, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel to customer

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Engineer or field technician focusing on mechanical seals.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical seals, seal support systems, and related machinery.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing seal issues including leakage and wear.
• Familiarity with pumps, compressors, mixers, and agitators.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up mechanical seals in various industrial systems.
• Ensure correct installation and compliance with safety standards.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on seals.
• Identify and troubleshoot seal failures and provide solutions.
• Repair and replace worn seals to restore operation.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
• Advise customers on seal selection and maintenance best practices.
• Document issues and service activities with reports.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams on product improvements.
• Stay updated with new materials and sealing technologies.
