Job summary

alfanar Building Systems is seeking an energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to cultivate new and existing customer relationships in the field around Jeddah. You will conduct product demonstrations, present quotes, and close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You'll prospect, generate leads, track activities in CRM, and report outcomes to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Travel within territory may be required.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and acquire new customers within the assigned geographical area.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending trade events.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients to drive sales.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Follow up regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Promote and represent the company’s products and services, ensuring they align with the customer’s needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products to effectively position the company’s offerings.
• Provide customers with detailed product information, price quotes, and recommendations.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the sales manager.
• Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes, ensuring accurate forecasting.
• Maintain and update records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
