Qualifications

• Educational level: minimum high school diploma/ certificate
• Specific diploma/education: completed vocational degree in business, marketing or finance
• Minimum experience: Minimum 5 years Van Sales experience or 2 years in a similar job
• Well developed analytical skills
• Friendly though firm
• People management experience
• Languages: English, Arabic preferred
• Other requirements: minimum age 22 yrs, Physically fit, computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Salesmen and distribution activities to meet sales targets and KPIs
• Set targets for the sales team and motivate performance to manage routes within costs and parameters
• Obtain market and competitor insights and coordinate action with ASM/BM
• Ensure replenishment targets and product availability per system recommendations
• Execute agreements with Modern Trade/Wholesale customers and maintain relations
• Plan daily journeys to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Monitor product shelf life and ensure non-expired stock and proper rotation
• Initiate sales to new clients on assigned routes
• Enforce company credit policy and manage credit/collection activities
• Oversee asset maintenance and repairs of company resources
• Ensure training for new recruits and ongoing staff development
• Ensure accurate data entry, administration and reporting in MSFA
• Lead daily endorsements with each Salesman to identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure vehicles and uniforms meet company standards for professional appearance
