Job summary

SADAFCO is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a team of salesmen and oversee Sales & Distribution activities across assigned routes. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining product availability, and enforcing company policies.

You will supervise route execution, optimize daily planning, monitor shelf life, and manage relationships with modern trade and wholesale customers, while guiding staff and ensuring timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Educational level: high school diploma or certificate.
• Vocational degree in business, marketing or finance highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years van sales experience or 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage teams.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist ASM/BM in setting targets and motivate staff to meet them.
• Manage and control sales routes to realise targets within costs.
• Gather market and competitor insights and share with ASM/BM.
• Train sales staff and ensure replenishment program compliance.
• Execute agreements with Modern Trade/Wholesale customers.
• Optimize daily journey planning for salesmen with ASM/BM.
• Monitor shelf life and prevent expired products; manage rotation.
• Initiate sales to new clients in assigned routes.
• Enforce credit policy and manage collections.
• Maintain company assets and oversee repairs/replacements.
• Lead people management and training for new recruits.
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely MSFA reporting.
• Oversee vehicle appearance and sales staff uniforms.
