Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Field Quality Leader for its Gas Services division to drive reliability and reduce avoidable NCC. You will lead quality initiatives across field service operations and projects, guiding teams to prevent defects and improve fleet performance.

You bring a mechanical or industrial engineering background with 5–7 years of field service experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent English communication to influence stakeholders and enable continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Field Service Operations and Project Execution.
• Strong understanding of Rotating Equipment service and maintenance environments.
• Proven experience leading quality improvement programs and operational excellence projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive reduction of Avoidable NCC by identifying systemic quality gaps and process inefficiencies.
• Lead deployment of Field Quality and Tooling Quality strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Investigate significant fleet issues and customer complaints, ensuring effective root cause analysis.
• Analyze fleet data and customer feedback to identify emerging risks and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops to promote preventive actions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop management reports and dashboards to highlight quality trends and improvement actions.
