Job summary

Siemens Energy invites experienced mechanical or industrial engineers to join our Field Quality leadership, focusing on reducing Avoidable NCC and enhancing fleet reliability across the Gas Services value chain. You will lead quality improvement programs, analyze fleet data, investigate root causes, and drive proactive actions through cross‑functional workshops and dashboards.

The role requires 5–7 years in Field Service Operations, strong Rotating Equipment knowledge, and excellent English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Field Service Operations and Project Execution.
• Strong understanding of Rotating Equipment service and maintenance environments.
• Proven experience in leading quality improvement programs and operational excellence projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive reduction of Avoidable NCC by identifying systemic quality gaps and process inefficiencies.
• Lead the deployment of Field Quality and Tooling Quality strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Investigate significant fleet issues and customer complaints, ensuring effective root cause analysis.
• Analyze fleet data and customer feedback to identify emerging risks and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops to promote preventive actions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop management reports and dashboards to highlight quality trends and improvement actions.
